This is one of my favourite hot sauces! Definitely a mainstay in my hot sauce roster. It's got a decent spice level where you can safely drench your food in it without burning holes through your tongue. And this sauce it delicious, so you'll want to be using a lot of it lol. When I bought it, I was expecting it to only really go well with thai food or similar due to the flavour profile of the sauce, but surprisingly it goes really well on a LOT of things - probably because the thai flavours aren't too distinct, making it a good all-rounder. Please give this sauce a shot guys, it's absolutely delicious.
