Super tasty hot sauce that has just the right level of heat where I can safely smother my food with it without burning a hole through my tongue. The flavours are well balanced - it's not too gingery. Goes really well on a lot of things that I wouldn't otherwise be pairing with ginger. Definitely going to be a mainstay in my hot sauce roster.
